At Humran Export, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting, inspecting, and packaging all our handicraft products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Easy Returns
Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items supplied.
Any issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.
Returned goods must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
No returns are accepted for:
Bulk orders approved via samples
Customized, private label, or made-to-order products
Clearance or discounted items
Refunds
Once the returned products are received and inspected, we will inform the buyer regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer, as mutually agreed.
Original shipping, freight, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Goods
In case of transit damage or defects, Humran Export may offer:
- Replacement in the next shipment, or
- Partial or full refund, depending on the extent of damage
Decision will be taken after inspection and mutual agreement
International Shipments
Buyers are responsible for import duties, customs clearance, and local taxes.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the error is on our part.
Delays caused by customs, port authorities, or logistics partners are beyond our control.
Order Confirmation
Once a B2B order is confirmed and production has started, cancellation is not permitted.
Advance payments are non-refundable.

Easy Returns

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear images or videos showing the issue.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Customized or made-to-order handicraft items are not eligible for return
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with supporting images.
We may offer a replacement or refund based on product availability and customer preference.
International Orders (USA & Other Countries)
Import duties, customs fees, or taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs for international orders are generally borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our mistake.
